The relay electromechanical life test-bed adopts system intelligent test equipment which is controlled by PLC+ computer. The frequency of coil action and the number of tests can be set in advance through the computer, as well as the number of errors in the test of the product. At the same time, it can monitor the reliable operation times of the conversion contacts of four groups of various types of electromagnetic relays under the condition of adding load. In the course of the test, the errors of each contact will be monitored respectively, and the running times and error times of the faulty products will be recorded. It is composed of control cabinet and load cabinet.

Mainly used for AC equipment load capacity testing, aging and DC equipment discharge detection. Ac and DC cabinets are independent of each other and are connected to the corresponding AC or DC loads.
